Sterling, VA – REI Systems announced today that the US Department of Commerce awarded the company and its joint venture partner ADG Tech a contract to support Department-wide implementation of Technology Business Management (TBM) over three years. The companies’ joint venture, eStars Enterprise LLC, has also received recent contract awards from HUD, USAID, and FEMA.
Commerce selected REI Systems’ team based upon the company’s experience supporting GSA and four other agencies which recently participated in the CIO Council’s TBM pilot.
Similarly, GSA’s Office of Governmentwide Policy (OGP) recently awarded REI Systems a contract to provide Governmentwide Federal IT Acquisition Reform Act Optimization Support Services. Over three years, REI Systems will provide advisory services, subject matter support, and program management for TBM, Data Center optimization, IT Infrastructure Modernization, and US Federal CIO Council activities.
REI Systems’ Project Manager Eric Co said “In FY’19, the government wants to make more valuable use of technology and will use TBM to do that. The President’s Management Agenda’s CAP Goal 10 makes TBM a priority, calling for government-wide adoption by 2022. We appreciate that Commerce and GSA rely on our TBM expertise to capture the greatest value from government IT investments.”
