We are proud to congratulate Heather Morgan for being named a winner of a Federal 100 Award! Heather is a Senior Project Manager at REI Systems whose support for the NASA Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program has helped transform the program that provides more than $3 billion to research-intensive American small businesses. Heather’s vision is to help the government create and use technology to foster innovation in the private sector. By supporting NASA, Heather’s vision has come to life in the form of funding for several SBIR technologies used on the Curiosity Mars Rover. Heather’s influence has also impacted those close to home throughout her 17+ years with REI Systems as a team leader and a mentor to those around her.
