Recently, REI Systems held its 2nd companywide Innovation Open House. This event provided project teams at REI Systems a platform to share and promote 22 innovations using new methods to add additional value for REI Systems and REI Systems’ customers. Examples of these innovations ranged from process changes found in Fast Close 2019, to product offerings such as GIST, and customer experience innovations focused on instructional videos. Employees from across the organization had the opportunity to expand their knowledge on projects happening outside of their immediate business units, learn from their peers, get involved in projects that interest them, and formulate new ideas.
